Yes. Our Doctors are able to take telephone calls that relate to you or your family’s health. However if a doctor is unavailable our reception staff are happy to take messages or assist you with any general questions regarding you healthcare.

Message will be sent to doctor and they will be able to return calls once free. Script requests can be telephone in and a message left with the reception staff for your doctor.

If you have a medical question after seeing one of our doctors, you can speak with the nurse and she will discuss your concerns with the doctor. Normally our nurses will return your call later the same day. If you have an urgent medical problem then our nurses will try to organise an urgent appointment with one of our doctors. Emailed and fax are reviewed on a daily basis.

You need to book a face-to-face appointment with your doctor to discuss your results, as they are generally not provided over the phone.

Most results are available within 48 hours of collection, but some tests may take longer. Your doctor will advise you if a longer wait is expected.

If your results are urgent or significantly abnormal, a doctor or staff member will attempt to contact you. Our recall process includes two SMS reminders, followed by a registered letter if we do not receive a response.

To ensure timely review of your results, we recommend arranging your follow-up appointment at the time of your test.

Follow-up appointments are bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. A consultation fee applies for patients without a Medicare card, which will be confirmed when booking.

Our building at 152 Auburn Street Goulburn NSW 2580 has access available from the front and rear of the building. We have two disabled car park spaces at the rear of the building in our private car park with ramp access to inside and public disabled car parks at the front of the building also with ramp access.
