Billing & Appointments

We are an appointment based clinic and as such we are not able to provide on the spot walk-in appointments. We will always try our best to accommodate urgent/emergency cases on an individual basis, however it is always best to call the clinic prior to attending to arrange a suitable time for an appointment.

Please note that our normal appointments are 15 mins duration. Longer appointments are available for more complicated matters, procedures or if more than one person need to see the doctor. Please inform our receptionists at time of booking.

Appointments are required for prescriptions or referrals to ensure that all aspects of your health are taken into consideration.

Our practice does not routinely offer home / out of surgery visits as part of our normal services. If there are extenuating circumstances where you believe a patient may require a home visit from one of our doctors, please call the practice and provide reception staff with as much explanatory details as possible.

We are a private practice with a private fee schedule. Payment is required at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS or direct deposit.

Any bulk billing is done at the discretion of the doctor. Our Fee Schedule is displayed and available upon request. The policy of the practice is to encourage full payment at the time of the visit. For an inquiries please contact us.
